If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in unused and original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
We do not offer refunds for pre-orders unless the pre-order is cancelled by us.
