Open Dash Settings, then Gears. Either enter the ratio for each gear manually, or press Calibrate Gears to match the display to the vehicle’s actual gear positions.

Gear position is calculated from the relationship between engine speed and road speed unless your ECU broadcasts gear directly. If the ratios are wrong, the displayed gear will be wrong, and it will be wrong in a way that looks like a software fault rather than a setup one.

Two ways to do it:

• Manual entry. Enter the ratio for each gear. Use this when you have the gearbox specification and the vehicle is not driveable yet.
• Calibrate Gears. Drive the vehicle and let the system learn each gear position. Use this when ratios are unknown, or after a gearbox or final drive change.

Recalibrate after any change to gearbox, differential ratio or tire size. All three change the calculation.

⚠️ Calibrate with a second person or on a closed road. Gear calibration requires driving through the gears while watching the screen.
